  • 50 Rooms plus to 100 rooms $10 more for Channel Manager
  • 101 Rooms and above are 50 cents per room cover database costs and $20/month for Channel Manager
  • Complete PMS System along with Mobile Modules
  • PMS is completely Cloud Based and Secure on Amazon PCI Servers..

Channel Manager:

Payment Gateway:

  • Zeamster, Net Authorize, Heartland is $30 to $40/month and 5 to 10 cents per transaction and interfaces with most Banks
  • Rates are negotable depending on volume.
  • Credit Card Direct 2.9% and 30 cents per transaction or 2.7% and 30 cents per transaction. Rates depend on Volume.
  • No charge from One Stop PMS

Hardware:

  • System will work with phone to add copy of Drivers License or Passport for Free
  • EMV Chip machine is approximately $99 to $299 Free setup. Fees from Bank may occur
  • Signature and picture of license part of Digital Kiosk. Can use Mobile Phone and IPad.

Booking Engine:

  • Myeres.com with Specials, Packages, Last Minute, Book Direct on every page is 3% commission. Not including no show or cancellations
  • Your Reservation Engine link branded is Free. Must use no setup and $79/month

Reputation Management $99/mo.

  • Independent Hotels are $99/month and include Social Media Setup, Monthly Events, & Reviews 3 to 5 days.
  • Branded Hotels are $99/month and include 24 to 48 hour review answering on all channels, Choice Central, Marriott, Hilton, Medallia Whyndham, Medallia Best Western, Motel 6, IHG Merlin along with Social Media Setup and Events Monthly.
  • Reviews answered Yelp, Facebook, Booking, Expedia, Hotels, Google, Trip Advisor and Branded backend.

Digital Marketing $99/month:

  • Month to Month Contract.
  • First 6 months are $99 and then if you decide to continue will be $199/month.
